How will our relationship work?

You are under no obligation as payment is made via bank transfer on each visit.
We would prefer to earn your continued loyalty based on our ability to meet your needs rather than a contractual relationship. We look to you to provide a candid review of our cleaning services and your feedback is most welcome at any time.

Who will clean my home?

Your home will usually been cleaned by two members of our fully trained VM Prestige cleaning services staff.

At what time will VM Prestige be at my home?

We normally work Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30
We are unable to provide a specific time on a service a day, but we can specify a morning or afternoon. However we do try and meet our clients preferences.

Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment / supplies?

No, these are all supplied by VM Prestige cleaning services staff.

Do I need to do anything before my house is cleaned?

We do ask if you could spend just a few moments on tidying where is necessary. Note down any preferences, special requests or advise us of any vulnerable items. This will enable us to devote all our time to cleaning and will give you the best value for your cleaning fee.

How do I pay for the service?

Full Payment to be made 2 days before arrival, via bank transfer or over the phone card
payment (No cash accepted) – Please use your first name and post code as payment reference.

How do I arrange special request changes or cancellations?
Please call or email VM Prestige ASAP. Ideally we would like 7 days but no less than 2 working days. If less than 2 working days notice is given for a cancellation you are liable for full payment of the amount due.
What if something gets broken when my home is cleaned?

We are fully insured. We treat your home with the upmost care. But if something is damaged or broken we will leave a note and will contact you as soon as possible, we will make the effort to have the item replaced if it can not be repaired.
